Responsibilities
- Deliver initial assistance for incoming inquiries to the Service Desk via email, phone, and service portal, ensuring courteous and timely resolution of user issues
- Collect information on end-user concerns by asking clarifying questions and exploring available solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve standard issues related to LAN/WAN software, desktop equipment, printers, mobile devices, and applications
- Develop help resources and frequently asked question lists for end users
- Diagnose and configure Windows 10 environments
- Maintain and update documentation for problem-solving processes
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of various licensing methods and software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Adobe
- Report system outages to the relevant escalation level
- Collaborate with service desk technicians to resolve onsite issues
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
