Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable technical position
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, and SharePoint
- Strong SQL and database querying abilities, capable of managing large datasets
- Proven track record in automating data workflows and reporting processes
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with significant attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and design interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Splunk to facilitate leadership decision-making
- Build and manage SharePoint sites to improve collaboration, document sharing, and workflow efficiency
- Conduct advanced data analysis, including cleaning, structuring, and interpreting extensive datasets to identify trends and offer actionable insights
- Automate routine reporting workflows and data pipelines to enhance accuracy and minimize manual effort
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide customized data-driven solutions
- Integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and security in reports and dashboards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing dashboards and platforms on an ongoing basis
- Recommend and implement improvements to workflows, using independent judgment to boost performance and system reliability
- Document reporting logic, processes, and system configurations for transparency and repeatability
- Support Navy compliance and security protocols when managing and presenting sensitive data
