Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the IT support team in delivering outstanding technical assistance across all departments.
- Manage help desk tickets using platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy to guarantee timely issue resolution.
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network challenges, including troubleshooting across various operating systems.
- Oversee the management of computer networking components like LANs, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points to ensure secure and dependable connectivity.
- Support desktop environments by aiding in software troubleshooting, operating system setups, and hardware repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate system upgrades, security patches, and deployment of new technologies.
- Create documentation outlining procedures and best practices pertinent to IT support processes.
- Monitor network security protocols and assist in the configuration of firewalls and other security measures to safeguard organizational data.
- Uphold compliance with IT policies and standards while delivering excellent service to end-users.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest enhancements for existing systems.
