Requirements
Must:

- Proven track record at rapidly scaling startups
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture, scalability, and production infrastructure
- Capability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced early-stage environment while upholding high engineering standards
- Experience in balancing speedy startup development with scalable engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and enhance backend systems and APIs leveraging Python
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven healthcare products and associated data pipelines
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver features ready for production
- Establish engineering best practices, scalability techniques, and enhance system performance
- Support rapid product iterations while ensuring the platform remains reliable and maintainable as it expands
