Requirements

Must:
- Minimum 6-10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management across various sectors (healthcare, finance, logistics, etc.) - Proficient in managing projects according to SDLC methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, or Kanban. - Ability to integrate SDLC frameworks with traditional project management principles effectively tailored to project needs. - Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, or similar for managing scope, schedule, and resources. - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on the nuances of each project and its overall impact. - Competent in desktop productivity tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as Project Portfolio Management tools. - Knowledge in coordinating change requests and managing Change Management processes. - Excellent communication skills suitable for C-Suite interactions (written, verbal, and presentations). - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders to establish credibility and achieve objectives. - Flexibility and adaptability to shift priorities and demands effectively. - Strong analytical problem-solving skills to assist with requirements definition and documentation when needed. - Subject Matter Expertise in at least one of the following areas: - Technical service delivery in the Healthcare industry. - IT Infrastructure, including compute, storage, connectivity, and related service providers. - SaaS & PaaS project management. - Enterprise Data Warehouse technology and approaches. - Data Governance including metadata and data stewardship. - Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos). - Cybersecurity terminology and tools. - Microsoft technology stack capabilities (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SSMS). - Cloud services delivery strategies and implementation models (Public, Private, Hybrid). - Regulatory compliance (NPI, PHI, HIPAA, EMR guidelines).

Responsibilities

- Direct and ensure the successful execution of assigned projects within various domains including Application Development, Infrastructure, and Compliance. - Oversee a portfolio of complex projects affecting multiple lines of business. - Manage all aspects of interrelated projects to support strategic objectives. - Prepare comprehensive estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases. - Clearly define and communicate success criteria to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Establish and build consensus on project scope in line with Change Management policies. - Develop and manage stakeholder engagement from project planning through budget management and risk mitigation. - Provide regular status updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and emerging risks to leadership. - Coordinate activities among various internal and external teams for timely and cost-effective project completion. - Hold project team members accountable for their responsibilities and tasks. - Lead and motivate the project team on-site to achieve project objectives and milestones. - Create and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders. - Facilitate executive meetings to provide updates, gain decisions, and address challenges. - Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure service delivery meets expectations. - Oversee all project resources, including both local and offshore teams. - Ensure up-to-date project documentation and consistently communicate project status to customers and PMO management. - Clarify project activities and expectations for both the project team and customers. - Navigate uncertainties and rapid changes in business and technical landscapes. - Monitor and resolve issues, conflicts, and risk factors impacting project deliverables. - Employ creative and analytical approaches in solving problems within the team environment. - Analyze resource allocation metrics to assess project needs and requirements. - Report on project success criteria, metrics, and management activities. - Support business units in system implementation and optimization. - Collaborate with the QA team to resolve quality concerns. - Serve as the liaison between IT, departments, and vendors to ensure effective use of resources. - Apply creativity, independent judgment, and business insight throughout project delivery. - Recognize the interdependencies of technology and business needs, ensuring alignment with client goals. - Cultivate trusted relationships with team members, stakeholders, and sponsors. - Pursue ongoing professional development to stay updated on new technologies and best practices. - Mentor and train team members to improve their performance and prepare them for career advancement. - Evaluate employee performance and work methods to ensure quality standards are upheld.
