- Knowledge of networking and routing, including IP configuration, information management, and cybersecurity.
- Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs, perform repetitive bending and reaching, use stairs to access the second floor, and complete tasks as outlined in this job description.
- Microsoft certifications in Exchange, Active Directory, Azure, and networking are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Install new workstation computer hardware, operating systems, and application software on the company domain.
- Set up and terminate user accounts in MS Active Directory, MS Azure (Entra), Microsoft Office, and other applications.
- Maintain the office and cloud network, including the Remote Desktop environment and servers.
- Set up and troubleshoot general office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, faxes, VoIP phones, mail machines, postage meters, etc.) and workstations.
- Foster effective working relationships with employees, assisting them with basic workstation operations and the use of standard office applications.
- Complete technology-related projects, including researching and implementing new programs.
- Undertake systems integrations.
- Organize and manage company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
