Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- ITIL v3 Expert and/or ITIL 4 certification
- PMI or a professional certification is highly preferred
- At least 10 years of experience managing IT Support Services with a focus on complexity and scope
- Proven experience collaborating with IT managers, Business Process Partners, and end users to develop processes and service level objectives that align with defined service level expectations
- Proven track record of leading teams of IT professionals within a large organization with a highly mobile workforce
- Knowledge of Federal IT Security requirements
- Must be a US Citizen due to clearance requirements
- Tier 4 Public Trust (High Risk/Sensitive) clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for the Government at the task order level
- Supervise IT support services and ITIL processes to ensure they are effectively implemented
- Drive continual improvement of processes and manage the lifecycle of services
- Provide oversight and guidance for establishing service processes, procedures, work instructions, and relevant tools
- Manage knowledge sharing, training, and educational programs
- Ensure alignment of service processes and activities with the ISO 20000 Information Technology Service Management standard
- Designate a Named Technical Representative for each task order service process
- Collaborate with service managers and functional leaders, including engineering, operations, and service desk, along with other EPA contractors and service providers to facilitate smooth service delivery across the service area
- Responsibilities will be specified further at the task order level
