Requirements
Must:
- Four-year degree from an accredited institution
- Over 2 years of experience in database and business intelligence reporting tools
- More than 2 years of expertise in intelligence information systems or architecture relating to combat commands or the Intelligence Community
- At least 2 years of experience in data mining within databases like CMIS, DCPDS, ADVANA
- A minimum of 1 year of experience visualizing data in databases
- Over 1 year of experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik
- At least 1 year of experience with coding, programming, and scripting languages (SQL, Java, Python, R)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts, and formulas)
- At least 1 year of foundational statistics knowledge with experience in inferential statistics
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain information regarding the intelligence workforce
- Collaborate with fellow data analysts to visualize data sourced from DOD and IC databases, emphasizing baseline and trend analysis as well as comparative data analysis
- Perform data analyses and predictive modeling to evaluate human capital program performance
- Conduct annual evaluations of performance management results, analyzing ratings distributions across components, occupations, work levels, GG grades, and demographic groups according to EEOC reporting categories
- Execute annual assessments of performance-based payouts, including base pay and bonuses
