Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
- Equivalent relevant work experience may substitute for degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Proven experience in configuring and developing within ServiceNow, including form and field modifications
- Strong knowledge of users, groups, and roles
- Proficient in ACLs (Access Control Rules)
- Familiar with Flow Designer
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model concepts such as tables, inheritance, and update sets
- Expertise in client-side and server-side scripting
- Skilled in Service Catalog development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary development team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and develop forms, fields, and backend capabilities, utilizing App Engine Studio when needed
- Build and support both client-side and server-side scripting, including Client Scripts and Business Rules
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot access control lists (ACLs), roles, groups, and user permissions
- Design and implement Service Catalog solutions, encompassing Catalog Items, variables, UI policies, UI actions, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspaces
- Utilize Flow Designer to facilitate approvals, task orchestration, and process automation
- Engage in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and conduct peer reviews
- Draft and maintain technical documentation, covering configuration specifics, integration details, and operational procedures
- Implement testing and quality assurance practices, incorporating the Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Aid in platform updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment with business and technical specifications
- Utilize AI-enabled tools where beneficial to enhance productivity, documentation, troubleshooting, and solution quality
