Server Virtualization Engineer

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field - 6+ years of experience in managing and supporting virtual server environments - Proven expertise in advanced virtualization technologies, including both physical and virtual servers - Strong experience with system monitoring and performance tuning tools - Demonstrable skills in project leadership for large-scale virtualization initiatives - Exceptional problem-solving abilities, particularly with complex server challenges - Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities across different functions - Familiarity with server provisioning and performance monitoring tools - Relevant virtual server certification (e.g., VMware associate, Broadcom virtual, etc.) - Preferred: Virtualization Certified Professional - Preferred: Understanding of data protection and disaster recovery principles - Preferred: Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or CIS - Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks - Hands-on experience with virtualization management and integration with IT systems - A combination of relevant education and experience may substitute for a degree.
