Must:

- Experience with advanced Power BI features such as aggregations and Row Level Security (RLS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of BI standards and governance frameworks
Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging Power BI reports and dashboards based on analytical needs
- Build and support comprehensive semantic models using dimensional modeling techniques
- Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and calculated tables for performance
- Implement advanced Power BI features, including incremental refresh and composite models
- Enhance report and dataset performance through proper storage mode utilization
- Work closely with Data Warehouse and Data Engineering teams to ensure alignment of reporting and data structures
- Identify and resolve issues related to performance, data quality, and accuracy
- Follow established BI standards and naming conventions
- Participate in the deployment and release processes across different environments
- Support production reporting issues, enhancements, and user inquiries
- Collaborate with business users to refine KPIs and analytical insights
- Create innovative and executive-ready dashboards that convey insights effectively
