Requirements
Must:
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Strong engineering foundation preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- 3+ years of experience in programming languages including Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, FluxCD, Jfrog Artifactory, and Git
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
- Skills in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Ability to grasp and navigate complex systems and existing codebases
- Interest in developing critical software with real-world impact
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and Jfrog Artifactory for the efficient integration and deployment of machine learning models and applications
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Ansible on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Utilize Kubernetes for reliable deployment and scalability of applications
- Establish and maintain model registries and feature stores (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) as well as deployment pipelines for batch and real-time inference
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions with tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Vector, Loki, and Grafana to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with development, data science, and operations teams to ensure effective deployment of machine learning models
