Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT)
- Minimum of 7 years experience utilizing Integrations Hub/Flow Designer
- At least 7 years of overall experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, specifically in the Telecom sector
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Migration and ITOM Event Management is an advantage
- Relevant certifications including CSA, CAD, or CIS are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure applications according to the design specifications provided by architects and technical leads
- Act as a subject matter expert in technology and effectively collaborate with the development team
- Engage with various teams and play a key role in significant development decisions
- Innovate and implement application solutions that improve user experiences and optimize processes
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation of applications to guarantee functionality and performance
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for the developed solutions, workflows, and configurations
