Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Familiarity with OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, and Integrations Hub
- Proficient in Flow Designer and governance processes for enhancements
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with business and technology stakeholders
- Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, and CMA are advantageous
- Experience in conducting training sessions on IT Service Management best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in analyzing and migrating applications to the ServiceNow platform
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Client Enterprise ServiceNow architect to lead the design and configuration of applications
- Serve as the main liaison between business and technical teams
- Develop system design documents including High Level and Low Level Design along with user stories
- Analyze data and oversee the migration of additional sites/applications to the ServiceNow platform
- Make strategic decisions for the team and contribute to overall project direction
- Provide solutions to address challenges faced by the team and other departments
- Interface with domain and enterprise architects to gather and clarify requirements
- Conduct reviews of Functional Specification Documents and perform impact assessments
- Coordinate development efforts with the scrum team
- Lead the integration of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database for efficient data handling
- Create innovative workflows utilizing ServiceNow Flow Designer to enhance business processes
- Implement enhancements to ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations for optimal system performance
