Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and discussions effectively
- Experience in coaching teams on Lean and Agile principles
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus in a dynamic environment
- Certification in Scrum Master or Agile methodologies is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and direct project delivery
- Serve as the Scrum Master for an assigned Product Team, managing projects of varying complexity
- Maintain a steady workflow of team deliverables and oversee project progress
- Promote and teach Lean, Agile, and Scrum practices to the Product Team
- Remove obstacles hindering progress and facilitate team meetings
- Ensure accountability for the completion of assigned tasks and reporting on progress
- Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership qualities to support team adherence to Agile principles
- Mentor junior staff on Agile practices and support the adherence to Scrum rules
- Facilitate progress towards team objectives, aligning with Program Increment goals
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owner, customers, and developers to define project scope
- Enhance team communication and relationships with other delivery teams
- Challenge traditional development norms to drive improvements in quality and efficiency
- Guide software development teams in implementing the Scrum framework
