Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong Java development skills, including knowledge of frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (like Git, SVN) and development tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Customize Salesforce CRM to align with client needs and business processes.
- Enforce security measures and access controls within Salesforce applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Generate and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting for Salesforce code and applications.
- Develop and sustain backend systems, APIs, and microservices utilizing Java and related technologies.
- Create Java-based applications to support integration with Salesforce and business operations.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and Java systems.
- Optimize Java applications for enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Engage in code reviews, training, and mentoring of junior developers.
- Address and rectify technical issues in both Salesforce and Java applications.
