Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities to engage with stakeholders
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus

- Engage in Data and Analytics discovery to assess the viability of new use cases
- Facilitate discussions regarding use case feasibility and convert business needs into user stories
- Conduct exploratory data analysis across various use cases to support the implementation of reliable ML algorithms
- Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts to execute Data & ML solutions
- Analyze business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
- Design or propose enhancements to improve current solutions
- Implement and validate solutions to ensure that outcomes meet business requirements
- Deploy and refine Data & ML solutions
- Streamline Data & ML solutions into operational processes
