Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Proficient in documenting business requirements and process flows
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and implementations
- Experience in integrations and project/task management
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Strong presentation and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct impact assessments effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with agency subject matter experts to collect detailed business requirements
- Create and uphold business requirements and process flows for implementation
- Engage in requirement discussions with third-party vendors and review specifications with internal teams
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and agency SMEs to support implementation, testing, and issue resolution
- Identify and resolve project-related issues
- Work with various cross-functional teams to address project challenges and minimize risks
- Conduct in-depth workflow analysis to identify gaps
- Document business process workflows and review them with cross-functional SMEs for approval
- Validate business and system processes alongside internal SMEs
- Collaborate with QA teams to clarify business requirements and assist in mapping requirements to test scenarios
