Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Over 5 years of experience serving in the role of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or a comparable position
- Extensive understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of leading multiple teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne, or similar alternatives
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement for multiple teams
- Ensure the delivery of quality increments by addressing blockers and fostering a culture of accountability
- Monitor and share team progress utilizing Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time
- Mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders regarding Agile best practices
- Encourage self-organization, collaboration, and ongoing learning within teams
- Guide teams in effective estimation, prioritization, and backlog management
- Support the implementation of Agile and Lean principles throughout the organization
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain an organized and prioritized backlog
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and product strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and spearhead enhancement initiatives
- Deploy tools and practices that boost efficiency and product quality
- Cultivate a culture centered on transparency, feedback, and experimentation
- Work together with other Scrum Masters, Release Managers, and Program Managers for cross-team synchronization
- Assist in facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events, PI Planning, and associated SAFe ceremonies if applicable
- Manage dependencies and risks across the organization
Description
