Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including its out-of-the-box functionalities and customization capabilities
- At least 4 years of programming expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce environment
- 5 or more years of experience with Service Cloud or Government Cloud
- Minimum of 3 years experience with API integration on the Salesforce platform
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools
- Exposure to data migration processes, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Data Loader, and DML operations
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is a plus
- Previous involvement with governmental processes and compliance procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Customize and enhance Salesforce applications by leveraging existing functionalities and developing new features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutions
- Conduct continuous integration and deployment processes using DevOps tools
- Facilitate data migrations and manage data integrity within Salesforce
- Utilize SOQL and SOSL for querying Salesforce data
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and configurations
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies in Salesforce development
