Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development with a focus on enterprise-scale implementations
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Mobile Push, SFMC API, Data Extensions, Data Views, Automations, Journey Builder, Preference Centre, Audience Management, and Segmentation
- Strong background in email coding using HTML5, CSS3, and scripting
- Proficiency in utilizing AMP Script to create dynamic content for email campaigns
- Experience in designing responsive email layouts
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud concepts and metrics including code design and dynamic content generation
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or Workfront
- Excellent capability in troubleshooting marketing cloud-related queries
- Proven record of developing and optimizing integrated business processes across various systems
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SFMC modules
- Develop and sustain dynamic content through AMPscript and SQL queries for targeted messaging
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with internal systems, including CRM data warehouses and compliance tools via APIs and ETL processes
- Create and modify email templates and existing campaigns as required
- Monitor campaign performance, address issues, and enhance workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Lead sessions to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate these into technical solutions
- Implement best practices in email development, accessibility, and compliance regulations
- Execute campaigns with a strong focus on customer segmentation, testing protocols, and technical execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues to ensure consistent rendering across various browsers, email service providers, and devices
