Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of practical experience in Salesforce development
- Demonstrated expertise in Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Agentforce
- High proficiency in APEX, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, or Service Cloud Consultant are strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Preferred: Background in healthcare is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform utilizing APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Lead the deployment and enhancement of Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice to optimize operations
- Customize and set up Agentforce to enhance agent workflows and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, outline technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Safeguard data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce applications
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for junior developers
- Keep updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
