Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Salesforce development and CRM integration
- Experience in collaborating with project managers and business analysts
- Strong skills in designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions

Responsibilities
- Create solutions within the Salesforce or CRM platform to fulfill stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and fellow developers
- Design, develop, test, and implement features such as dashboards and interfaces
- Assist in necessary system upgrades across all Salesforce environments
- Conduct testing for impacted areas and workflows
- Work with institutional management to establish effective business processes
- Engage in training programs for new users to expand their skills
- Define and document development needs in partnership with user community
- Evaluate and scope new development requests for completion
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies
