Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years focused on Financial Services Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management, insurance, and sales distribution processes.
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio.
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforces security models, data architecture, and declarative tools.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional, or OmniStudio Developer are preferred.
- Experience with Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Shield, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, SEC, NAIC).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Copado) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work efficiently independently or within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio.
- Implement Financial Services Cloud features to facilitate client onboarding, policy servicing, advisor workflows, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data connectors.
- Engage in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment tasks within Agile development cycles.
- Maintain and upgrade existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and adherence to standards.
- Create documentation for technical designs, configurations, and development methodologies.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and propose relevant improvements.
