Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of SAFe methodology and practices
- Strong understanding of user story creation and backlog management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with digital account opening processes in unsecured lending
- Experience participating in scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
- Understanding of customer needs and experience design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery, design, business, and operations teams to enhance the digital account opening experience
- Lead the creation and refinement of user stories for the product backlog
- Maintain and prioritize the teams backlog of features and user stories
- Serve as the subject matter expert on product features and capabilities
- Participate in scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand Ups and Backlog Refinements
- Work closely with Product Management to understand and address customer needs
- Ensure clarity of vision and roadmap during Program Increment Planning
- Validate user stories against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done
- Assist the team in managing dependencies with other teams
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicting requirements with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Product Management Lifecycle processes
