Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in SAP Basis, audits, and systems integration
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as GDPR and SOX
- Proven ability to design and implement integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems
- Experience collaborating with IT and business teams to ascertain integration requirements
- Ability to ensure data integrity and smooth data flow across integrated systems
- Experience conducting internal and external SAP audits to ensure industry compliance
- Capability to develop and execute audit plans, procedures, and controls
- Skill in identifying and mitigating risks associated with SAP systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP operations-related inquiries
- Coordinate with various teams to address operational needs
- Design and implement integrations between SAP and other enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with both IT and business teams to clarify integration requirements
- Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across connected systems
- Conduct audits, both internal and external, to verify compliance with industry standards
- Develop comprehensive audit plans and procedures
- Identify potential risks within SAP systems and create mitigation strategies
