Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of overall experience with a strong emphasis on Oracle Supply Chain
- 2 to 3+ completed end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations (required)
- Hands-on proficiency in at least one Oracle Cloud SCM module (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning)
- Solid understanding of supply chain business procedures and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capability to work autonomously as well as in global delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and actively participate in comprehensive Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects (minimum of 2 to 3)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, analyze gaps, and create functional solutions
- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud SCM modules including, but not limited to, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning
- Drive functional design, oversee testing, facilitate user training, and manage production support initiatives
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, extensions, reporting, and data conversions
- Generate functional documentation, process flows, and recommendations for best practices
- Assist with cutover and post-go-live activities to ensure a seamless transition and user adoption
