Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in software development
- More than 5 years of expertise in Assembler, COBOL, and CICS
- At least 5 years of experience with MVS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM
- Over 3 years of familiarity with CA7, File Master, and Endevor
- A minimum of 3 years experience with monitoring tools such as SYSVIEW, Platinum, FDIO, IDCAMS, z/OS Mainframe, Splunk, and Cycleview
- Proficiency in MQ Series, InterTest, Abend-Aid, and SQL
- Experience using JCL Check, Endevor, InfoMan Turnover Tool
- Knowledge of REXX, SyncSort, TSO, FTP, NDM, and SAR
- Background in Agile methodologies
- At least 4 years of a relevant combination of educational background, experience, and/or military service
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions that align with Fiservs business objectives
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical specifications
- Carry out coding, testing, and debugging of applications to guarantee peak performance
- Maintain and enhance current codebases and facilitate peer review sessions
- Mentor junior developers while offering technical support to improve team skills
- Adapt responsibilities as needed to meet project requirements
