Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in generative AI technology within the Azure platform
- Strong experience in developing chatbots using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodology
- Proficiency in creating analytical dashboards with Azure OpenAI
- Expertise in prompt engineering to enhance generative AI results
- Demonstrated knowledge in sentiment analysis of customer feedback
- Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Databricks
- Exceptional skills in Python programming
- Proficient in Spark for large-scale data processing
- Solid foundation in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP)
- Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines for generative AI
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of an advanced chatbot leveraging the RAG technique to enhance user interactions
- Design and build analytical dashboards to extract and visualize insights from customer data
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for improving the quality of AI-generated responses
- Conduct in-depth sentiment analysis to better understand customer emotions
- Integrate Azure Generative AI services seamlessly into existing workflows
- Utilize Python for AI-related development tasks while leveraging Spark for data analytics
- Construct and maintain efficient data pipelines optimized for generative AI applications
