Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a cybersecurity analyst in an enterprise network environment, demonstrating capabilities in incident response and threat detection
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the cybersecurity domain
- Over 3 years of practical experience handling firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management systems
- Profound knowledge of security frameworks and compliance guidelines (such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Relevant certifications like Security+, SSCP, CySA+, CCNA Security, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Supervise the deployment, administration, and surveillance of enterprise security technologies, including those from Cisco, Microsoft, and Linux systems
- Lead initiatives in cybersecurity such as threat monitoring, incident management, risk evaluations, and security audits
- Create automation scripts and manage identity and access management solutions to bolster the security posture
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to security compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the organizations security measures remain current and effective
