Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in integrating GenAI and LLM-based techniques (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering) into analytics workflows
- Experience with Hadoop, PySpark, and Snowflake for scalable and secure pipeline development
- Strong background in data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering for both real-time and batch processing
- Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, PGVector) and embedding stores for semantic search and similarity-based analytics
- Skills in building, optimizing, and maintaining model pipelines for rule-based analytics and ML-powered decision-making
- Ability to advise business units on emerging GenAI use-cases and translate domain challenges into machine learning advancements
- Collaboration experience with MLOps, DataOps, and Platform Teams to ensure production-grade deployments
- Knowledge of data governance and policy frameworks to uphold compliance and ethical use of GenAI
Responsibilities

- Perform data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering for large datasets
- Utilize Vector DBs and embedding stores to facilitate semantic search and analytics
- Construct, optimize, and manage model pipelines for efficient analytics and machine learning applications
- Provide guidance on leveraging GenAI for business challenges, converting them into machine learning opportunities
- Ensure high-quality deployments by coordinating with MLOps, DataOps, and Platform Teams
- Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks for compliant and ethical GenAI usage
