Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Ability to identify and resolve team impediments
- Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
- Experience in promoting self-organization among team members
- Familiarity with tools supporting Agile processes
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are beneficial

- Lead and facilitate key Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Demos, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
- Ensure these Scrum events are efficient and targeted towards meeting team objectives
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that may impede team progress
- Serve as a communication link between the Scrum team and external stakeholders
- Coach the Scrum team and organization on Agile principles and practices
- Encourage the team to adopt a self-organizing approach in their work
- Create a collaborative and high-performing team atmosphere
- Continuously assess and improve team workflows and processes
- Experiment with new practices to boost team performance
