AWS Cloud Architect - Srinivasa Kandi

- Participate fully in all project phases, including Discovery & Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Handover. - Provision and configure Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS) and connect them to Anthos or similar platforms. - Implement comprehensive multi-cloud governance protocols such as RBAC, Network Policies, Quotas, image policy, and drift detection. - Create onboarding templates based on GitOps practices (Helm/Kustomize) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. - Deploy and configure observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) and FinOps dashboards. - Utilize Velero for Kubernetes backup and restore, manage AWS Backup for RDS/EFS, and facilitate cross-cloud transfers to Google Cloud Platform. - Set up AWS DMS Change Data Capture replication for disaster recovery scenarios. - Maintain thorough technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer sessions. - Act as the primary contact for technical issues with client stakeholders. - Ensure deliverables meet the acceptance criteria and scope defined in Statements of Work. - Conduct design reviews, clarify project scope, and manage change requests. - Identify delivery risks promptly and engage management for mitigation strategies. - Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with both onsite and offshore team members. - Review offshore deliverables prior to submission to clients to ensure technical accuracy. - Provide concise and informative status updates to clients and internal leadership. - Collaborate with client IT, networking, and security teams to manage dependencies such as IAM, firewall rules, and namespaces. - Gather client feedback during project delivery to help shape a follow-on roadmap, including initiatives such as AKS onboarding and advanced disaster recovery strategies.
