Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in crisis management and incident response
- Experience with event response in enterprise settings
- Background in business resiliency and continuity
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong adherence to internal risks and controls
- Familiarity with regulatory and/or audit examinations
- ServiceNow experience related to technology risk in financial institutions
- Experience with crisis management applications (e.g., Everbridge, Visual Command Center, VEOCI)
- Proficiency in Tableau and experience with Fusion Risk Management (BCH Business Continuity Hub)
- Analytical background and experience with KY3P (Know Your Third Party)
- CBCP or DRI certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage crisis and incident response operations
- Develop and implement event response strategies in enterprise environments
- Ensure adherence to business resiliency and continuity practices
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and presentations
- Conduct assessments of internal risks and controls
- Assist in preparation for regulatory and audit examinations
- Use ServiceNow for managing technology risk processes within financial institutions
- Oversee the use of crisis management applications for effective communications and coordination
- Analyze data using Tableau and contribute to Fusion Risk Management initiatives
- Maintain compliance with KY3P guidelines and manage third-party risks
