Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a comparable quantitative area.
- Over 2 years of experience in advanced analytics, encompassing machine learning, mathematical optimization, statistical modeling, econometrics, or AI.
- At least 1 year of experience handling large datasets in cloud-based settings (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
- High proficiency in Python for analytical tasks.
- Capability to convey complex analytical ideas to business and product stakeholders.
- Preferred: PhD in a quantitative field.
- Experience implementing machine learning or advanced analytics models in production.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytic techniques (e.g., scenario exploration, search space optimization).
- Experience in Agile or product-oriented contexts.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a talent for making complex subjects understandable for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical solutions to support strategic vehicle content decisions.
- Apply machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, and mathematical optimization to address significant business challenges.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to drive insights that influence North American vehicle programs.
- Utilize cloud-based data environments efficiently to optimize analytics workflows.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Engage in continuous improvement and iterative development of analytics products.
