Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows Operating System/Server, Active Directory, and common MSP tools.
- Strong foundational knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and basic firewall concepts).
- Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), backup solutions, and user administration.
- Exceptional communication abilities and customer service orientation.
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Address Tier 2 support issues linked to Microsoft 365, as well as Windows desktop/server, networking, and security applications.
- Diagnose and set up firewalls, switches, access points, and virtual private networks (VPNs).
- Execute onsite visits for escalated issues, hardware replacements, and advanced support requirements.
- Support client onboarding processes, migrations, system installations, and project-related tasks.
- Mentor Level 1 support technicians and assume responsibility for escalations.
- Accurately document all activities in our Professional Services Automation (PSA) and IT documentation platforms.
