Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in IT or 0โ1 years of relevant experience.
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and enthusiastic about acquiring new skills.
- Valid driverโs license and dependable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Offer Tier 1 technical assistance for common issues like password resets and email configurations.
- Configure laptops, desktops, and other hardware for client deployments.
- Occasionally visit client locations to install or troubleshoot equipment.
- Record and update support tickets in our system, keeping clients updated throughout the process.
- Assist with phone coverage and help maintain our internal documentation.
- Collaborate closely with seasoned engineers to gain valuable hands-on experience.
