Integration Specialist (Tech focus)

In this role, you will provide technical support for multifunction printers, surveillance systems, audiovisual displays, and telephone systems throughout their lifecycle. You will engage closely with our Logistics, Service, Sales, Projects, and Client Services teams to understand and meet our clients connectivity needs. You will also respond to client support requests via various channels, diagnosing and resolving issues remotely when possible, and you may need to travel to client sites to address specific challenges.
