Requirements

Must:
- Advanced technical support and infrastructure knowledge - Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, system logs (Event Viewer), and advanced macOS terminal commands - Understanding of network infrastructure, including VLANs, routing protocols, and network hardware management (switches and access points) - Basic experience with Windows Server administration (Group Policy, DNS management) and Linux administration - Familiarity with virtualization tools such as VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud instances - Strong skills in root cause analysis to investigate recurring network issues - Experience managing small-scale projects, upgrades, or deployments independently - Ability to create technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles for junior technicians - Expertise in hardware troubleshooting - Competence in managing installation, configuration, and routine updates of enterprise applications - Providing advanced technical support for site-wide project deployments

Responsibilities

- Provide escalated technical diagnostics and advanced support for hardware and software issues - Troubleshoot and analyze system logs to resolve various technical problems - Offer guidance on network infrastructure including VLANs and routing protocols - Administer and support Windows Server and basic Linux systems - Manage virtual machines and cloud instances effectively - Conduct root cause analysis to detect and address recurring network problems - Oversee small projects and deployments with minimal supervision - Develop technical guides and articles for Level I support technicians - Troubleshoot hardware issues across various devices - Handle software management tasks including installation and updates of applications - Deliver advanced support during site-wide deployments
