Requirements
Must:
- Practical coding experience through academic projects or internships
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and web or backend fundamentals
- Quick to learn and collaborate within an Agile team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer assistance
- Willingness to work on-site in specified locations
- Nice to have: Examples of AI-assisted development projects, such as AI-generated tests or supported refactors
- Familiarity with cloud services, databases, or CI/CD practices
- Interest in security, data privacy, and handling sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Drive the integration of AI-assisted DevSecOps methodologies using large language models and automation tools for secure containerization of legacy applications
- Develop and sustain AI-enhanced Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that auto-generate security policies and container configurations based on application requisites
- Utilize AI coding assistants for implementation, code refactoring, and documentation in alignment with team protocols
- Create unit and integration tests to enhance coverage and minimize defects
- Expedite pull requests through AI-assisted reviews, summaries, and risk assessment notes
- Analyze logs and documentation using AI to resolve issues and facilitate workflow
- Collaborate with product, design, security, and compliance teams to deliver updates compliant with fintech regulations
