Requirements
Must:
- Practical coding experience through studies, projects, or internships
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental web or backend concepts
- Quick learner with the ability to thrive in an Agile environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities
- Promote the integration of AI-driven DevSecOps practices using large language models and automation tools to enhance the secure containerization of legacy applications while ensuring security compliance
- Design and oversee AI-augmented CI/CD pipelines that automatically produce security policies, container setups, and infrastructure-as-code models based on application needs and industry standards
- Utilize AI coding tools for development, refactoring, and documentation in line with our team protocols
- Create unit and integration tests to boost coverage and minimize defects
- Expedite pull requests with AI-supported reviews, summaries, and risk assessments
- Analyze logs and documentation using AI to resolve issues and facilitate workflow
- Collaborate with product, design, security, and compliance teams to deliver increments that adhere to fintech regulations
