Requirements
Must:
- Pre-existing mechanical skills and a passion for learning
- Ability to acquire various technical skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shift schedules
- Eagerness and quick adaptability to learn new concepts and skills
- Successfully pass a mechanical aptitude test
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without employer assistance
- Willingness to relocate to the job location if necessary
- Reliable transportation for commuting
- Readiness for domestic and international travel, which may be frequent
- Capability to obtain a passport
- Flexibility to cover different shifts as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity for bending, stooping, and stretching as required
Responsibilities
- Work in a cleanroom setting, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Conduct on-site servicing and repairs of semiconductor processing equipment
- Set up and operate equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and operations teams to resolve equipment issues promptly and minimize production delays
- Perform all duties safely, adhering to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain necessary records and reports
- Respond to emergency service requests as needed
- Train customer technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
- Implement upgrades and modifications to equipment as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on equipment and tools through training, manuals, and other relevant resources
- Display strong attention to detail in following instructions
