Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on coding experience through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Strong foundational knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and web or backend principles.
- Quick learner with the ability to function within an Agile team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have:
- Experience with projects demonstrating AI-assisted development, like AI-generated tests or AI-supported refactors.
- Familiarity with cloud services, databases, or CI/CD processes.
- Interest in security, privacy, and managing sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation of AI-assisted DevSecOps methodologies, utilizing large language models and automation tools to enhance secure containerization of legacy systems while ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Construct and sustain AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines that automatically produce security protocols, container setups, and infrastructure-as-code templates based on application specifications and best practices.
- Employ AI coding assistants for implementation, refactoring, and documentation, adhering to team protocols.
- Create unit and integration tests, enhance test coverage, and minimize defects.
- Expedite pull requests with AI-enabled reviews, summaries, and risk assessments.
- Analyze logs and documentation using AI to troubleshoot problems and remove obstacles to progress.
- Collaborate with product, design, security, and compliance teams to deliver updates that align with fintech standards.
