Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, ideally within a cloud computing or telephony environment.
- A proven ability to troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices in an enterprise context.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for others.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and time management.
- A demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, seeing them through to successful resolutions.
- Residency in Indiana, along with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will:
- Be the initial point of contact for customer support inquiries via phone, email, and our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, which may include installation, configuration, quality of service, and application-related inquiries.
- Meticulously document all customer interactions, while escalating complex or product-related issues to the relevant teams.
- Assist in enhancing our knowledge base by updating system documentation as I tackle new challenges.
- Collaborate with my team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
- Stay engaged and keep my technical skills up-to-date in the ever-evolving fields of Unified Communications (UC), VoIP, and telecommunications technology.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in our growth and success. We are seeking an experienced VoIP Technical Support Specialist to join us at our Lafayette headquarters. In this essential position, I will serve as the expert for our business customers, helping them maximize our hosted VoIP services. If you possess a deep understanding of IT networking and a knack for solving complex technical issues, we would love to hear from you. The compensation for this role will range from $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year.
