- Exceptional mentoring and team dynamics skills
- Capable of handling ambiguity in complex projects
- Proven ability to advocate for change within organizations
- Effective facilitation skills for requirement sessions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency
- Strong listening and advisory capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate complex requirement elicitation sessions with organizational partners
- Identify and implement appropriate requirement gathering techniques
- Document operational procedures and readiness plans
- Understand business functions and the processes delivering value
- Address project management needs including plan development and agile ceremonies
- Create prototypes to visually convey requirements
- Analyze and resolve complex problems in collaboration with project management
- Gather and synthesize data from various sources while assessing impacts of changes
- Envision how current solutions can be utilized for future initiatives
- Translate intricate business and system requirements into clear functional specifications
- Manage discussions and effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Build cooperative relationships across the organization to navigate conflicts
- Organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and mitigate delays
- Mentor junior analysts on elicitation techniques and artifact development
- Perform additional duties as required
