Requirements

Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, test, implement, and maintain software features for specific business domains
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and managers during feature delivery
- Code, configure, and document software deliverables using established standards and tools
- Participate in sizing and estimation activities within the agile team
- Provide daily updates to the Scrum Master or Manager and report any obstacles to progress
- Engage in learning opportunities such as code reviews and sprint retrospectives
- Apply creativity and resourcefulness to solve technical challenges for maximum customer value
- Follow quality practices like peer reviews and code reviews
- Demonstrate an interest in software architecture and align solutions with organizations standards
- Work with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and contribute to technical feasibility discussions
