Responsibilities
- Engage in analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of application features
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and managers during feature delivery
- Document software deliverables adhering to established standards and tools
- Participate in sizing and estimation activities within the Agile team
- Provide daily updates to the Scrum Master or Manager regarding progress and any obstacles faced
- Participate in learning opportunities like code reviews and sprint retrospectives, and suggest continuous improvements
- Work alongside Business Analysts to clarify business requirements and assist in defining technical deliverables
- Always prioritize the end customers perspective to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
