- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience. - Over 4 years of experience working within an agile team. - Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Deep enthusiasm for achieving business goals, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational results. - Experience with Agile development practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for clearly documenting and conveying requirements. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. - Skilled in resolving complex business challenges while delivering customer and operational value. - Innovative, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset. - IIBA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IT Delivery roadmap and ensure changes are effectively represented in backlog tools for automated monitoring and reporting. - Ensure product and adoption KPIs are measurable within development and delivery phases by identifying crucial data points early in the agile process. - Develop a clear understanding of client personas and use them to enhance work items and ensure they align with customer demands. - Maintain the integrity of work items as they are detailed and improved throughout the backlog hierarchy, identifying gaps, descoping risks, or the need for further requirement gathering. - Ensure essential information needed for Product Owner prioritization is accurate, current, and available in user-friendly formats. - Clearly document and present functional and non-functional requirements in the product backlog. - Verify that backlog items meet the Definition of Ready/Done and are aligned with enterprise planning cycles, maintaining high content quality and data integrity. - Identify, gather, and analyze data from relevant sources to support processes influenced by new solutions. - Select and employ the most effective techniques and tools (e.g., BlueWorks for process mapping, Excel) to represent and trace business requirements. - Model best practices aligned with product-area methodologies (e.g., Customer Journey, Agile, Program Execution Framework). - Continuously enhance and develop tools and practices within the Business Analysis field. - Mentor peers on business analysis best practices, tools, and emerging trends in the market or technology. - Conduct industry research and apply insights to our business context and solution design. - Ensure that documentation and change controls are established for production deployments and transitions to production support teams. - Elicit requirements using suitable techniques (personas, user stories, story maps) and collaborate with Product Owners to create and refine backlog items with clear acceptance criteria. - Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items. - Lead the creation of concise, impactful user stories and ensure acceptance criteria accurately reflect stakeholder intent. - Define detailed design and acceptance criteria for user stories just-in-time. - Review acceptance criteria with engineers and testers to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment with automated testing methods. - Coordinate or assist with acceptance testing involving business partners and the agile team. - Lead story breakdown and process mapping to guarantee adequate detail for planning. - Collaborate with the agile team, Scrum Master, and Product Owner during planning sessions to agree on sprint deliverables. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned business processes and propose improvements. - Gather requirements related to personas and user experiences; assist in information architecture and partner with UX to ensure a superior user experience. - Evaluate capabilities of third-party or cloud solutions; configure layouts, workflows, reporting, and dashboards as necessary. - Support internal test execution, including documentation, defect tracking, and troubleshooting. - Work alongside architects, engineers, and testers to ensure delivered features meet or exceed Product Owner expectations; contribute to discussions about solution design. - Keep accurate, up-to-date information in ALM tools and communicate progress, plans, and hurdles during daily stand-ups.
