Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Over 4 years of experience at the Data Analyst 1 level or equivalent
- Proficiency in data profiling and analysis concepts, including data anomalies and mapping
- Expertise in data modeling concepts
- Strong skills in PowerBI data modeling and visualization development
- Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork capabilities and effective interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and resilience in changing environments
- Innovative problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team player, collaborating across diverse groups

Responsibilities
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data sources for business insights
- Develop source to target data mapping specifications
- Design flexible and effective data models and visualizations in collaboration with teams
- Maintain up-to-date documentation (metadata)
- Work with test engineers to carry out data validation and testing activities
- Enhance knowledge of information security practices and the insurance sector
- Update understanding of relevant data sources owned by information security
- Follow established architectural standards
- Use critical thinking to enhance data management practices that add business value
- Keep the end customers perspective in mind to improve their experience
