Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IT Delivery roadmap and monitor changes within backlog tools
- Ensure measurable Product or adoption KPIs are identified and integrated from the start in development processes
- Uphold a thorough understanding of client personas to refine work items aligning with client needs
- Safeguard the integrity of work items during breakdown and refinement phases
- Provide accurate, accessible information to support Product Owner prioritization
- Represent functional and non-functional requirements proficiently in the product backlog
- Confirm user stories satisfy the definition of ready/done in line with enterprise backlog standards
- Identify and analyze data sources pertinent to impacted processes
- Utilize effective techniques for representing business requirements, ensuring traceability back to sources
- Optimize methodology adoption through modeling behaviors and practices
- Enhance the Business Analyst Discipline Toolbox with innovative tools
- Mentor peers regarding best practices for business analysis and market advancements
- Conduct industry analysis of trends and their applications in our context
- Facilitate documentation and change controls for production deployments
- Elicit requirements using varied techniques and collaborate with Product Owners on backlog work items
- Work closely with the agile team during planning and post-sprint discussions
